Kickboxing Class at OIB

Body Edge Fitness, located at 6741 Beach Drive in Ocean Isle Beach, wishes to announce a new co-ed kickboxing class for adults and an after-school program for youths.

Adult classes are Monday, Wednesday, & Thursday @ 5:30 and 6:30 pm and the after-school program is Monday through Thursday @ 4:30. Choose to come one or more days per week.

We also offer a FREE INTRO CLASS by appointment Tuesday @ 5:30 pm and Thursday @ 3:30 pm

The class is a combination of self-defense, kickboxing, and cardio. The youth class will include basics of living a healthy lifestyle and building confidence while respecting others.

The instructor is Anthony Merrill. He has been teaching these programs in Long Island, NY and has recently brought his talents to Body Edge. They are very excited to have him as part of the family of excellent instructors!
