The Museum of Coastal Carolina in Ocean Isle Beach and Ingram Planetarium in Sunset Beach have some special Halloween programs planned that are sure to entertain you.
At the museum, kids are invited to Trunk or Treat on October 26 from 10:00 to 3:00. Sloan Realty, Coastal Wine Room, and the Ocean Isle Beach Sea Turtle Protection Organization will have tables with goodies set up in the museum. Kids are encouraged (but not required) to wear their Halloween costumes. Kids should bring their own goodies bags. At 11:00, kids can participate in the museum’s Budding Scientists – Creepy Lab program for some extra Halloween fun.
At the planetarium, a laser show called Fright Light: Halloween Special will be shown at 7:00 PM on October 26 and 31.
The Museum of Coastal Carolina is located at 21 East Second Street, Ocean Isle Beach, NC. Ingram Planetarium is located at 7625 High Market Street, Sunset Beach, NC. Admission is free for members. Admission is free for active duty military and disabled veterans plus up to one guest (must include military ID card holder).
