Healing At The Root With Ayurveda

Join us March 30th at 3pm at KiSS YOGA STUDIO for a talk led by Samantha Parker, Ayurvedic Doctor, where she will be introducing Ayurveda and how to incorporate its simple yet impactful solutions to bring balance back to health. Samantha is the owner of Anjali Holistic Healthcare Clinic, which is located at 7004 Beach Road in Ocean Isle Beach. Her cllinic offers individualized health plans incorporating medicinal food, lifestyle practices and various bodywork therapies to support clients in their healing journey.

In this 1 hour talk we will explore the foundations of Ayurveda, unveil why the gut is the root of all disease according to Ayurveda and learn some simple practices that can be adopted to begin to shift into the process of healing.
