Sponsorships for 7th Annual Festival of Trees Now Open at Museum of Coastal Carolina
Popular Event Raises Funds and Awareness for Area Causes
Ocean Isle Beach, NC – As the holiday season is quickly approaching, the Museum of Coastal Carolina is now accepting sponsorships for the 7th annual Festival of Trees. This is a great opportunity for local businesses and organizations to earn funds and community exposure while supporting the Museum of Coastal Carolina and Ingram Planetarium.
The Museum will provide each sponsor with a tree, which the sponsor will decorate and return to the M
useum. Each decorated tree will be placed in a silent auction, with the sponsor receiving the full winning bid on their tree. Museum guests can also purchase ballots to vote for their favorite tree – the proceeds from ballot sales will be split between the Museum and the sponsor of the winning tree.
Entry deadline for the Festival of Trees is Sept. 28, with tree set-up held Nov. 8-10. The Festival of Trees will open to the public Nov. 12 through Dec. 31.
The Winner of Favorite Tree will be announced at 2 p.m. on Dec. 28.
The Festival of Trees has raised thousands of dollars for local causes including sea turtle production, local churches, hurricane recovery efforts and more.
